How do I return an item?
If you don’t like an item, you can return it to our returns center within 14 days. To do this, fill out the returns form. Customers from Germany will receive a free DHL return label. For returns from abroad, we ask you to send the goods to us at your own expense.
Who bears the costs for a return shipment?
Returns from Germany are free of charge. For returns from abroad, you bear the shipping costs yourself. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is the result of handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
What do I do if an item arrives damaged or something is missing?
If an item has arrived damaged or something is missing, please report the damage using our service form. Send us photos of the damaged packaging and your order number so that we can explain exactly how to proceed.
Can I have damaged shipping material replaced?
Unfortunately, we cannot replace damaged shipping material. If you want to return an item, you can use the packaging of your choice. Make sure you use the return documents from our returns portal so that everything is addressed correctly.
