Customs costs:
All our orders are shipped from Germany. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU.
Please note that there may be different regulations regarding customs duties or import sales tax outside the EU.
These fees are 100% payable to the customs authorities of the respective country of destination & must be borne by you, even if you refuse to accept the parcel. These costs will be deducted from the credit note in the event of a return.
Returns:
If you do not like an item, you can return it to us within 14 days. Fill out the return form. Customers from Germany will then receive a DHL label from us. A return shipment from Germany costs €4.90. If you are sending a return from abroad, please simply send the goods to us.
