How do I choose the right size?
We have a size chart on our website to help you find the right size for you. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

How long does shipping take?
As a rule, the delivery time is 2-4 working days. International deliveries may take longer. Depending on the volume, we aim to ship on the same day.
To give you a good guideline, you can expect the following: Ready to ship within 1-2 days + transportation time 1-2 days = delivery time 2-4 days

What are the shipping costs?

I want to purchase a product, but it is a pre-order. Why?
These products are not yet available – but they will be soon! Our tops have been designed by us over months of work and have many important details. Producing them is more complex than just making a T-shirt. Many factors determine the production time. We occasionally offer pre-orders to make sure you see the latest and most popular products before they are officially available. This allows us to better plan for demand and ensure we have enough stock for all interested customers. With pre-orders, you can look forward to exclusive products and be among the first to receive them as soon as they are available. Please note that delivery times for pre-orders may be slightly longer as they will only be shipped after the official sales launch. If you have any further questions, our customer service team will be happy to help!
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately this is not possible. In very urgent cases you can try to reach us by phone, but there is no guarantee. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.
I received a damaged package
Everything okay with your articles?
If only the packaging has been damaged and you want to return something, simply use the packaging of your choice for the return shipment. Remember to use the return documents from our returns portal so that everything ends up at the right address. Unfortunately, we cannot replace damaged shipping material.
Has an item arrived damaged or is something missing?
In this case, we require a damage report. Please send us photos of the damaged packaging and your order number using the service form. We will then explain to you exactly how to proceed.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 working days after receipt of the returned goods. The money will be refunded to the payment method used. If you paid with PayPal, please note that you still have to debit the money to your bank account.
What should I do if I received a defective product?
Please contact our customer service at info@lucky-looping.shop with photos of the defect so that we can find a solution, be it replacement or refund.

Whatβs the deal with the neck pouch?
Good of you to ask!
There is room for all your valuables in the chest pocket and they are well protected during the wild ride. Not every attraction offers the option of safely storing personal items – our chest pouch is the perfect solution. It ensures that nothing is crushed by the roller coaster bar, so your cell phone and glasses stay in top condition. We have tested it: It’s perfect for all types of roller coaster hangers.
Why do your tops have a neck pouch?
Not every roller coaster offers the option of safely stowing valuables during the ride. You can seriously injure other passengers by leaving your cell phone and wallet in open trouser pockets. That is why we have developed a special stowage option. Please note that you cannot take your cell phone with you on every roller coaster. We strongly advise you to follow the instructions of the respective theme park. In addition, you should never open your neck pouch during the ride to retrieve items!
How waterproof is the neck pouch?
You should not swim with our tops. The neck pouch offers rudimentary protection against water and dust. Depending on the amount of water, liquid may also penetrate. However, experience shows that your valuables are protected for a short time. If you have sensitive valuables, we advise you to stow them safely in your rucksack. In this year’s collection, we have decided against a fixed bag to increase carrying comfort.
How secure is my glasses in the neck pouch?
Our breast pouches are designed to prevent items from falling out. Thanks to a special sewing technique, the pouch is also secured to the T-shirt. High G-forces in a roller coaster can shake the contents well. To prevent your cell phone from damaging your glasses, we recommend a glasses cover (made of leather or fabric). This will also prevent scratches.
